To access this platform, you must agree to the following conditions. These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sprukomarket, whether as an Author or a Buyer. By creating an account, selling, buying, or promoting products, you agree to follow these Terms. If you don’t agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Who Can Use SprukoMarket
To use Sprukomarket:
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to create an account.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering.
- Fake, misleading, or incomplete details may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.
3. Your Responsibility
Once you register with Spruko Market, you agree to maintain full responsibility for the security and proper use of your account.

- Any activity performed through your account—whether by you or someone else using your credentials—will be treated as your responsibility.

- You must promptly inform us if you notice any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or potential security breach.
- We reserve the right to monitor account usage to protect both buyers and authors, ensuring compliance with our licensing and platform rules.
- If irregular or suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily suspend or freeze your account, withhold funds or payments until the investigation is completed, and require identity or ownership verification before restoring access.
- Non-compliance with these responsibilities may result in permanent account termination and loss of associated rights or earnings.
4. Using SprukoMarket
SprukoMarket is a trusted marketplace, and all users must act responsibly. Upon registration, you agree to refrain from engaging in the following activities:
- Upload harmful, pirated, or unauthorized products.
- Abuse refunds, chargebacks, discounts, or promotions.
- Spam, hack, or attempt to bypass security measures.
- Share, resell, or redistribute purchased products outside their permitted license.
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity or products.
Violating these rules may lead to immediate account suspension, temporary or permanent withholding of funds, restriction of marketplace privileges, and in severe cases, a permanent ban from SprukoMarket without eligibility for reactivation.
5. Your Account

Your membership not only grants you access to our marketplace but also extends to other Spruko market services using the same account. Membership is completely free of charge, and as part of our community, you are encouraged to participate responsibly and professionally in any of our online forums.
As a registered User or Author, your account represents your identity within the Spruko ecosystem. It is non-transferable and must never be sold, reassigned, or shared. Any misuse of your account will remain your sole responsibility, and Sprukomarket reserves the right to take necessary action in case of violations.
Members are expected to stay informed and comply with SprukoMarket’s current policies, licensing terms, and marketplace guidelines to ensure a secure, fair, and trustworthy environment for all participants.
6. For Authors
Authors are the backbone of SprukoMarket, and their contributions are essential to ensuring a safe, reliable, and high-quality marketplace. To uphold fairness, consistency, and trust across the community, all authors are required to adhere to the following standards:
- Authors must upload original or properly licensed products.
- Descriptions must accurately match the product; misleading or false listings are not permitted.
- Products must be safe, fully functional, and free from malicious code or harmful components.
- Earnings are released through secure payment gateways only after standard clearance and fraud checks.
- Repeated complaints, copyright claims, or disputes may result in product removal or a permanent ban.

7. For Buyers
As a Buyer, it is your responsibility to carefully review all product details, technical requirements, licensing terms, and compatibility information before completing a purchase. Abuse of the refund or chargeback process—such as filing false claims, misrepresenting product issues, or attempting to circumvent marketplace rules—will be treated as a serious violation of our policies. Such misuse may result in:

- Withholding of pending or future transactions

8. Liability Disclaimer
SprukoMarket operates as a digital marketplace where independent Authors and developers can create, list, and sell their own products. While we apply reasonable efforts to review submissions, maintain standards, and provide a safe environment, we cannot guarantee that every product will be completely error-free, free from defects, suitable for a specific purpose, or perfectly aligned with your individual requirements.
SprukoMarket, its affiliates, and its operators are not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or issues arising from products purchased from Authors.
- Technical problems, downtime, or failures linked to third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, external APIs, or plugins.
- Any actions or omissions by users, including but not limited to misuse of products, violation of license terms, or unlawful activities.
All products are provided strictly on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. It remains your sole responsibility to evaluate and ensure that the items you purchase are compatible with your project needs, technical requirements, and intended use. SprukoMarket disclaims any liability for outcomes resulting from improper use, insufficient testing, or lack of due diligence on the part of the Buyer.
9. Payments & Refunds
At SprukoMarket, we are committed to ensuring that every payment is safe, secure, simple, and transparent. All transactions are processed exclusively through trusted third-party providers, and we implement strict measures to safeguard your sensitive financial information.
Secure Processing: All payments are handled through industry-leading providers such as PayPal, Razorpay, and other verified gateways, using advanced encryption and fraud-prevention protocols. At present, SprukoMarket supports Razorpay and PayPal for transactions, but additional payment gateways may be introduced in the future to improve flexibility for our global customers.
No Data Storage: For your protection, SprukoMarket does not store your full credit card, banking, or sensitive financial details on its servers. Only limited account information is securely retained—such as your name, user ID, encrypted password, selected payment gateway, and basic browser or device details—to facilitate smooth transactions and account verification.
Refund Policy: SprukoMarket does not guarantee unconditional refunds. Non-Refundable Fees: Transaction fees or processing charges applied directly by payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay) are non-refundable under any circumstance, as these are controlled by third-party providers and not SprukoMarket.
Buyer Responsibility: By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant product details, licensing terms, and refund conditions, and you accept full responsibility for the transaction. Any misuse of chargebacks, false refund claims, or payment fraud may result in account suspension or permanent loss of access to SprukoMarket.

Once you register on SprukoMarket, safeguarding your personal information becomes one of our highest priorities. Your data is handled in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which outlines the measures we take to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security at every stage.

11. Termination of Accounts
We welcome authors and users to join our digital marketplace to buy, share, and sell their products. However, to maintain a safe and fair environment, all members must follow our platform’s rules and regulations. SprukoMarket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a user or author is in compliance with the Terms.
In cases of violation, your account may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any Terms, policies, or licensing conditions.
- Detection of suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Submission of copyrighted, duplicated, or inaccurate details.
- Breach of community guidelines, marketplace rules, or applicable laws.
- Uploading or distributing illegal, harmful, or prohibited content.
- Selling, transferring, or reassigning non-transferable licenses.
Once terminated, your account cannot be reinstated, and you will be prohibited from reapplying under a new registration. Termination may also result in:
- Loss of access to the platform and its services
- Freezing or withholding of pending funds
- Reporting of serious violations to relevant authorities
In addition, SprukoMarket may cancel unverified or inactive accounts after a certain period to maintain platform integrity and security.
As a user or author, you may cancel your marketplace subscription at any time. Please note:
- Any remaining balance from your current billing cycle is non-refundable.
- Cancellation of your subscription will not permanently delete your account.
- You will still remain a registered member of the Spruko community and may reactivate your subscription at any time from anywhere.
12. Intellectual Property
All products uploaded to SprukoMarket remain the sole intellectual property of their respective Authors. Each Author is fully responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to distribute their products. Uploading copyrighted, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized content is strictly prohibited and may result in removal, account termination, and potential legal action.
By listing a product on the marketplace, Authors grant SprukoMarket a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, promote, market, and deliver their items to Buyers for the purpose of facilitating transactions. This license does not transfer ownership of the product but enables SprukoMarket to operate as a distribution platform.
SprukoMarket retains full ownership of its platform, including but not limited to its design, branding, logos, software, and site content. Nothing in these Terms grants Authors or Buyers any rights to SprukoMarket’s proprietary assets.
Buyers, upon purchase, are granted a license to use products solely in accordance with the author’s license terms. Buyers may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit purchased items beyond the scope of the applicable license. Similarly, Users are prohibited from reproducing, extracting, or misusing any part of the SprukoMarket platform, content, or other authors’ intellectual property without explicit written permission.
SprukoMarket takes intellectual property protection seriously and reserves the right to suspend accounts, remove products, or escalate matters to legal authorities in cases of infringement or violation.
13. Refund Policy
Once a purchase is completed on SprukoMarket, buyers who are unsatisfied with their item should first consult our Refund Policy for detailed guidance on eligibility and the process for submitting a request. Refunds are granted only in limited circumstances that meet the specific criteria outlined in our policy.
14. Governing Law & Compliance
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of SprukoMarket, such matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All disputes will be adjudicated and resolved solely within this jurisdiction, and by continuing to use our platform, you expressly consent to the authority of these courts.
