The majority of products available on Spruko Market—including themes, templates, code, software, UI kits, AI tools, and graphics—are distributed under our Essential Licenses. If your end product built with these items is offered to users at no cost, the Personal License or Freelance License will generally apply. However, if the end product is monetized, requires payment for access, or is part of a commercial offering, a Commercial License, Extended License, or Buy Out License may be required, depending on the scope of use.
